Questions

Before you book.

How much employee time does Level Set take?

Four hours in total: six live sessions of 45 to 60 minutes each, one module per session. If you'd rather do it all at once, we can expand it into a full-day workshop.

Who delivers the program?

Dr. Rosalind Cohen and Clinton Kelly deliver every session personally. There is no bench of facilitators; you get the two people who built the curriculum.

Is this in person or virtual?

Live and in person is our first choice, and it's where the program works best. We can adapt it for Zoom or video delivery when your people are remote.

How many people are in a cohort?

20 to 25. Small enough that everyone in the room takes part.

Do you work with universities?

Yes. Level Set is one program with two audiences. For employers, we teach new hires already on the job. For universities, we teach rising seniors and graduating students before they start. The modules are adapted to fit the room.

What does Level Set cost?

Pricing depends on cohort size, delivery format and audience. Tell us what you have in mind and we'll come back with a number.

Is Level Set a compliance program?

No. We can't manage compliance for you, and we don't try. Level Set covers the other three Cs of onboarding: clarification, culture and connection. The result is confidence.

Which employees benefit most?

Early-career hires, technically gifted employees whose communication skills need to catch up to their analytical strengths, professionals without "Inherited Corporate Fluency™" and anyone moving into a formal corporate setting from academic, creative, nonprofit, military or entrepreneurial environments.

How is the program tailored?

Before delivery we learn your dress norms, your meeting culture and how your organization handles disagreement, and we adjust the examples so the program sounds like your company.
